Configure Clients to use Folders and Printers

If you're gotten this far, it's pretty much clear sailing from here. On each of the clients, all you have to do is simply open up the "Network Neighborhood" Icon on the desktop of each client. Then, you should get a nice computer icon of your server. Open that up. Then, you'll get a window with all the folders and printers that are shared on your servers.

Setting up folders to map as drives.
Right Click on each of the folders that you are sharing from the server. Choose "Map Network Drive...." You should get a window that looks something like this:

Choose which drive you want to map that folder to, then make sure the "Reconnect at logon" box is checked, so that the drive is remapped every time the client is started. Just click okay, then follow Window's instructions.

Setting up printers on Clients.
Right click on each printer you wish to share with your client, and choose the "Install" option. If the printer is setup correct on the server, all you must do is answer a few questions. If you wish to print from DOS programs, I suggest you capture the printer to an LPT port.

That's it! You're done. You've setup a kickin' home server for a little pocket change (or 2 pints of blood, an arm, a leg, and your first born child, depending how you look at it) invested in software.
